Mr. Sander Jensch established Ultra Cosmetics B.V. in 1996 as a privately owned company. He gained his experience and knowledge in the Cosmetic Industry by working for some of the leading companies in The Netherlands for over 15 years. His mission was to establish a company that would distribute exclusive and prestige cosmetic products to the Dutch market. In the past decade Ultra Cosmetics B.V. has developed into a solid and dynamic company well recognized by its costumers that can be found under the best perfumeries, spas, institutes and Department Stores in The Netherlands. In the portfolio of Ultra Cosmetics B.V. international and prestigious companies can be found that represent a wide number of Fragrance and Cosmetics houses. From the U.S. the company is appointed as sole distributor for the fragrance lines of Parlux Fragrances, Inc., ranked among the top 100 of cosmetic and fragrance companies in the world. As a public company the Parlux’ stock is traded on the NASDAQ. The two companies are in business since 1997. In 2002 Ultra Cosmetics B.V. has acquired the exclusive distribution rights in The Netherlands for Bergman Beauty Care. This niche cosmetic brand is manufactured by Bergman Clinics one of the Dutch leading Clinics for cosmetic surgery. After 4 years of succesfully penetrating the market the brand was sold and a supurb new challange was found with the Swiss high performance products of La Colline Skin Care. In the quest of finding a French quality product Ingrid Millet was found and a long term agreement was signed with Ingrid Millet Paris. The brand is recognized as an absolute pioneer when Caviar as ingredient for cosmetics is concerned. Sister Company French House Trading B.V. was born in order to give Ingrid Millet an exclusive French orientated basis. Next page>>
